Emmanuel “Manny” Rosario was born in The Bronx, New York City, and raised in a pastoral home in Brooklyn, where he developed a deep foundation in faith, resilience, and service. As a teenager, his family relocated to Orlando, Florida, where a passion for purposeful living began to take shape.

Manny built a successful career in supply chain and operations, rising through the corporate ranks before recognizing a deeper calling to serve and lead beyond the marketplace. That calling led him to plant a church in Central Florida, which he pastored for ten years. He later served as Executive Pastor at a legacy church in need of revitalization, helping lead a transformation that extended beyond the congregation into the broader community, while building strong relationships with civic, church, and marketplace leaders. Following this season, he served as Executive Director of Vision Orlando, a network of churches, civic, and marketplace leaders working together for citywide impact.

Today, Manny serves as Vice President of Multicultural Engagement at Convoy of Hope, where he brings together his experience in corporate leadership, pastoral ministry, and civic engagement to mobilize churches, bridge cultures, and build strategic partnerships for global impact. He is also a trusted advisor to several civic leaders and a National Leader with the NHCLC (National Hispanic Christian Leadership Conference).

An ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, Manny holds degrees in Communication and Theology, along with a master’s degree in Nonprofit Organizational Management from the University of Florida. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Mimi, and they have two sons, MJ and Alex.
